The F1A series is equipped with self-developed intelligent fast charging technology, which can quickly charge the lithium battery pack when the power is normal. The charging efficiency is 30% higher than that of traditional products. At the same time, it has overcharge protection function to effectively extend the service life of the battery. The series adopts a lithium battery pack with a capacity of 2200-2400mAh. With the low-power emergency circuit design, the emergency power is controlled in the range of 3-5W. When powering 3-60W panel lights, spot lights and downlights, it can achieve 120 minutes of stable battery life, far exceeding the industry average level.
 
More noteworthy is that the product built-in intelligent voltage monitoring chip, the response time is less than 0.5 seconds when the power interruption, can instantly switch to emergency mode, to avoid the lighting blank period caused by power failure. The test data of an electronic testing agency show that the F1A series has zero fault and zero delay in 1000 power switching tests, and the stability ranks at the forefront of similar products.
 
Aluminum alloy integrated molding shell, both heat dissipation and protection
In order to solve the problem of heat dissipation in the long-term use of emergency power supply, F1A series adopts aluminum alloy integral molding shell design, the heat conductivity of the shell reaches 200W/(m · K), which is more than 2 times higher than the heat dissipation efficiency of the plastic shell, which can effectively avoid the aging of the circuit due to high temperature. At the same time, the shell after anodic oxidation treatment, surface hardness of HV150, anti-scratch, anti-corrosion performance is significantly enhanced, with IP 30 dustproof grade, can adapt to shopping malls, hospitals, office buildings and other different places of use environment.
 
According to the installation requirements of different lamps, the product also optimizes the interface design, using anti-loose wiring terminal, and panel lights, spotlights, downlights connection line docking, contact resistance is smaller, higher power supply stability, installation personnel only need simple training to complete the operation, greatly reducing the difficulty of construction.
